Hi, I’m Shae! I’m a millennial, mindful, queer therapist, coach, and someone who’s passionate about empowering folks to break through the barriers life throws their way.
I love working with the following populations: LGBTQ, neurodivergent, polyamorous/CNM, kinky, POC, religiously deconstructed, and immigrants/children of immigrants.
I specialize in a range of approaches—including trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, mindfulness-based, narrative, and internal family systems—so you’ll get support that truly honors your whole self.
Whether you're navigating work stress, relationship dynamics, family tensions, or the weight of burnout, I’m here to help you find your balance and build resilience. My approach is rooted in compassion, justice, and a commitment to supporting your growth without the oppressive systems that too often hold us back.
My work is primarily virtual, so no matter where you are, we can connect in a way that fits your life. I provide therapy in Florida and Georgia, but coaching is available worldwide. For those in the North Georgia area, I also offer Walk & Talk sessions at a local park—because sometimes moving your body can help move your mind.
I don’t accept insurance, but I can provide superbills for reimbursement and accept FSA/HSA cards. I also offer equity pricing when appropriate to ensure that everyone has access to the support they need.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me in my pottery studio, practicing yoga, watching RuPaul’s Drag Race, dancing to Beyoncé, or losing myself in a good romantasy novel.
Let’s work together to create the life you deserve—one that’s authentic, empowered, and full of possibility.
Queer relationships exist in a world that wasn’t built with them in mind—which means healing relational trauma requires an approach that’s affirming, nuanced, and deeply mindful. In this CEU training, we’ll explore how to support LGBTQ+ clients in untangling attachment wounds, navigating identity-related stressors, and building secure, connected relationships.
Expect practical tools, real-world case discussions, and a space that honors both clinical skill and the lived experiences of queer folks. Walk away with a deeper understanding of how to foster healing in a way that is trauma-informed, empowering, and affirming.
Join me in this essential training—because queer love deserves to thrive.
Why do we feel guilty for resting? And how do we unlearn the idea that our worth is tied to productivity?
